Back Office Representative

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Representative, located at One Tower, Ramat Gan, Israel. This role is ideal for highly analytical, detail-oriented candidates who enjoy working with data, technology, and customers, and want to grow within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary operational point of contact for customers
• Support customer onboarding, ongoing operations, and day-to-day back-office activities
• Work closely with finance, product, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor data accuracy and assist in maintaining high-quality financial workflows
• Analyze operational and financial data to support customer needs
• Assist with internal reporting, coordination, and documentation
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and responsiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with excellence in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Psychometric score of 650+
• Strong orientation toward numbers, data, and technology
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent English – written and spoken
