Senior AI-Native Engineer

About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Engineer within the Product & AI team, located at One Tower, Ramat Gan, Israel. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing and building AI-driven systems that power core product workflows. The role includes developing multi-agent architectures, integrating AI capabilities into product experiences, and ensuring reliable, explainable, and scalable AI operations across the platform.
Responsibilities
AI System Design (Python)
- Design multi-agent workflows
- Build tool-based LLM systems with structured JSON outputs
- Implement approval-required action flows
- Design deterministic + LLM hybrid pipelines
AI + UX Integration (React)
- Design where AI actions appear in the UI
- Define how users trigger agents and review outputs
- Implement approval flows and execution session viewers
Backend Architecture (Node.js)
- Design clean APIs and financial domain models
- Implement multi-tenant isolation
- Separate orchestration from execution layers
- Ensure AI integrates cleanly into backend state
Working With AI-Generated Code
- Break work into structured tasks for AI
- Review AI-generated clean, structured, readable code responsibly
- Prevent hallucinated or inconsistent outputs
- Maintain architectural consistency across the system
Requirements
